Hello, I'm Dr. Patel. Welcome to THRIVE!

Most of the detoxes, cleanses and more that you’ve tried are short-term. They don’t give you a way to keep going, so your gut doesn’t stay healthy.

The key to cleansing and rebuilding your gut health is in nourishing your body with the food your body needs and making small, sustainable lifestyle shifts that eventually become lifelong habits!

Dr. Jasmina Patel

Dr. Jasmina Patel is Co-Founder of The Gut Drs. who helps women discover the power & benefits of a healthy gut through our Trust Your Gut Program.

Her area of focus helps women restore their health & quality of life for various health conditions often ignored by traditional medicine. A passion stemming from her own journey which led to this natural, drug-free, holistic approach that has ignited results for hundreds of those wanting to address the root cause of their health issues and thrive for optimum function.

She served as Clinic Director to the largest physician’s wellness group in the nation in Chicago, IL. and has devoted time to various nonprofits before serving as Community Outreach Director and co-founder for a nonprofit in GA striving to educate as many families as possible through proper nutrition & exercise.

Dr. Jasmina Patel was Invited to participate in the world’s leading and largest global health conference, “The Global Health & Innovation Conference” at Yale University for her time devoted in non-profit work internationally featured on PBS. In 2015 she was featured on BOP TV’s “Healthy Eating” segment.

She has completed post-graduate work in strength & conditioning and worked with various professional athletes and as a Spinal Health Educator for NBC’s “Healthy Living Expo” 2010 & 2011.

Dr. Jasmina Patel has been a Board Certified Chiropractic Wellness Physician since 2010 with a B.S. from Clark University and Post Bachelorette Studies continued at Harvard Extension School in Cambridge, MA. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Southern California University of Health Sciences & Oriental Medicine and holds post-grad certification in evidenced based neuromusculoskeletal and lifestyle intervention.

Her most coveted title is “Dr. Mom” to her children as she enjoys the outdoors and communing with nature when she’s not writing or leading seminars using the latest research in functional medicine and nutrition.

"I remember scrolling through IG stories when I saw my former doctor post about his 100 pound weight loss. Being that I was on my weight loss journey, I inquired. He led me to his wife Dr. Jasmina. She told me about the Trust Your Gut program and how it helped her husband lose those pounds. I was excited and I hadn’t heard what the program involved.

Once she explain the details and revealed that leaky gut syndrome might be the culprit behind a lot of my health issues I made a decision to invest in the program. There are never any questions about what to eat or when. Everything is always planned out for you!

I offer both payment plan and annual options. While it is more beneficial to commit yourself to your goals in the long term AND I offer a huge discount for annual members  –– if a payment plan is your preferred choice, you can still sign up.

Your membership includes recipes that are clean, and in general free of the most common allergens.

I do provide alternatives for some ingredients, but if there is something you need to substitute and an option is not provided –– I am happy to help you find something that will work and be just as delicious!

Since you get access to your recipes for the month as soon as you sign up, we do not offer refunds.

If there is an issue with your membership that you would like to discuss, feel free to reach out.

You will retain access to all of the recipes you receive during your active membership.
If you find that the recipes are helpful with improving your health and lifestyle but feel like you need more personalized support in another area, as a licensed health coach, I help women manage a variety of aspects of healthy living. You are always welcome to schedule a call with us to discuss your needs.
