Hi, I’m Dr. Jasmina!
Dr. Jasmina Patel is Co-Founder of The Gut Drs. who helps women discover the power & benefits of a healthy gut through our Trust Your Gut Program. Her area of focus helps women restore their health & quality of life for various health conditions often ignored by traditional medicine.
A passion stemming from her own journey which led to this natural, drug-free, holistic approach that has ignited results for hundreds of those wanting to address the root cause of their health issues and thrive for optimum function.
Dr. Jasmina Patel served as Clinic Director to the largest physician’s wellness group in the nation in Chicago, IL. and has devoted time to various nonprofits before serving as Community Outreach Director and co-founder for a nonprofit in GA striving to educate as many families as possible through proper nutrition & exercise.
Dr. Jasmina Patel was Invited to participate in the world’s leading and largest global health conference, “The Global Health & Innovation Conference” at Yale University for her time devoted in non-profit work internationally featured on PBS.
In 2015 she was featured on BOP TV’s “Healthy Eating” segment.
She has completed post-graduate work in strength & conditioning and worked with various professional athletes and as a Spinal Health Educator for NBC’s “Healthy Living Expo” 2010 & 2011.
Dr. Jasmina Patel has been a Board Certified Chiropractic Wellness Physician since 2010 with a B.S. from Clark University and Post Bachelorette Studies continued at Harvard Extension School in Cambridge, MA. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Southern California University of Health Sciences & Oriental Medicine and holds post-graduation certification in evidenced based neuromusculoskeletal and lifestyle intervention.
Her most coveted title is “Dr. Mom” to her children as she enjoys the outdoors and communing with nature when she’s not writing or leading seminars using the latest research in functional medicine and nutrition.

Once she explain the details and revealed that leaky gut syndrome might be the culprit behind a lot of my health issues I made a decision to invest in the program.
